We take this ethos to every level of motorsport from the most junior to the highest echelons of our sport.
The historic success of the team reaches across single-seater championships towards the door of Formula 1.
Some of today’s most successful drivers have passed through the doors of the team, including racers in F1, IndyCar and sports cars. Current F1 drivers such as Lando Norris, George Russell, Liam Lawson and Carlos Sainz among others, add up to nearly a third of the current F1 field who are team alumni.
The team became Rodin Motorsport in early 2024 following investment from Australian businessman and entrepreneur David Dicker. Working closely with the New Zealand based car manufacturer Rodin Cars, the team is ready to start a new era of racing under a new name.
Today, based out of the team’s bespoke facility in Farnham, Surrey, Rodin Motorsport compete in British F4, F1 Academy, GB3, FREC, F3, F2 and British GT in the GT3 catgegory.
The team have race winning success across multiple championships making Rodin a true one stop shop for drivers looking to reach the pinnacle of the motorsports.
At Rodin Motorsport we pride ourselves on a reputation for winning races and helping drivers achieve their racing ambitions.
We have a proven track record of success across all the categories we compete in. We have secured multiple championships and numerous race wins, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and our ability to compete at the highest levels.
In 2024 we won races in every championship in which we compete. We secured the title with Louis Sharp in the GB3 Championship, and won the teams' title during the same weekend. The following weekend Rodin Motorsport finished as Vice Champions in British F4 and we currently lead the F1 Academy driver standings with Abbi Pulling. Our focus on driver development has produced several success stories.
Many of our drivers have progressed to higher levels of motorsport, including Formula One and INDYCAR, most notably with Lando Norris who we took from British F4 through to Formula 2 and ultimately the F1 paddock. We provide comprehensive training with our experienced engineers, state-of-the-art facilities, and expert coaching to ensure our drivers reach their full potential.
A facility dedicated to the development of Rodin Motorsport’s drivers, the new performance centre is only a stone’s throw away from the Surrey-based headquarters of the team.
The Driver Performance Centre (DPC) is home to the newly commissioned Dynisma DMG-1 Motion Simulator, central to car development and driver preparation for its FIA Formula 2 and FIA Formula 3 drivers, with integration into the F1 Academy programme scheduled next.
Physical training is integrated seamlessly with every aspect of driver preparation run by a newly positioned Head of Human Performance.
The centre covers all aspects of driver preparation with an additional five static simulators, gym and heat acclimatisation facilities, introducing enhanced levels of support for Rodins drivers.
