Starting his career in Ginetta Juniors, Roman switched to single-seaters in 2020 with British F4, finishing P8 overall. He then impressed in GB3 with multiple wins and podiums, before progressing to Formula Regional where he consistently fought at the front. In early 2024, he dominated in New Zealand, claiming the Oceania title with six wins and twelve podiums.
Despite an injury mid-2024 that impacted the remainder of his FRECA season, Roman returns fit and focused for his rookie campaign in FIA F3. He joins Callum Voisin and Louis Sharp at Rodin Motorsport as they take on the new 2025 car and aim for podiums from the outset.
