F1 Academy

Launched in 2023, F1 Academy is an all-female single-seater championship created to develop and prepare young female talent for higher levels of motorsport.

Backed by Formula 1, the series aims to bridge the gap to F3 and beyond by providing professional support and a clear pathway for progression.

The championship features 15 drivers across five teams, each affiliated with a current F1 outfit. With identical Tatuus T421 chassis and a level playing field, F1 Academy focuses on driver development, technical growth, and building a strong presence for women in global motorsport.

Now in its third season, F1 Academy races at some of the most iconic circuits in the world — including events on the F1 calendar. The series continues to grow in visibility, impact, and competitiveness, with increased backing from F1 teams and commercial partners investing in the future of female racing talent.
