The driver pairing Josh Buchan and Cameron Campbell will make their British GT3 debut as a Silver-AM pairing for Rodin Motorsport’s inaugural season in British closed wheel competition. The announcement marks the significant milestone in the team’s competitive footprint beyond single seaters.
Silver driver Josh Buchan made his debut in Touring Cars in 2021, claiming the TCR Australia Touring Car Series championship title back-to-back in 2023 and 2024. 2025 also saw Josh take Champion status in the TCR Australia Cup in 2025 of which included winning in the Macau Guia Race. His GT career started alongside his growing successes in Touring Cars, competing in Australian GT4 in 2024 where he finished P4 in the Pro-Am Class. Josh also has experience in more extreme endurance racing competing in the 2025 Bathurst 12 hours where his driver trio finished P1 in the GT4 class with the McLaren Artura.
AM driver Cameron Campbell’s progress to GT racing saw him make his debut in the Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli Australasia in 2025 where he regularly enjoyed successes finishing P3 in the overall standings with four podiums.
Both drivers made their debut in a Ferrari 296 GT3 in the 2025 season finale of the GT World Challenge Australia where they finished the round as a driver pair with two top ten finishes. Alongside their British GT3 campaign and commitment with Rodin Motorsport in 2026, the pairing will continue competing with Zagame Autosport led by team principal Rod Wilson in the GT World Challenge in Australia also in the Ferrari 296 GT3. This will see the two teams share data and setup information on the Ferrari 296 GT3 competing in their respective championships.
Joining Rodin Motorsport Josh Buchan said,
“This is the stuff you pinch yourself over, being able to compete with one of the biggest teams in European motorsport in general, let alone it being their first foray into GT cars. My relationship with Rodin Cars goes back a few years now, it's a brand I'm hugely passionate about and have built a real bond with the crew in New Zealand and I can't wait to extend that into the UK and continue my international racing journey.”
Cameron Campbell added,
“To be joining Rodin’s first official program in GT cars is hugely exciting and is building on our already existing relationship off track. Adding this to our existing GT World Challenge Australia races also in the 296 GT3 means we are essentially doubling ours and the teams learning process and will give us an excellent base to go and achieve some strong results.”
Rodin Cars and Rodin Motorsport’s Managing Director, Emma Duncan said,
“Josh and Cameron are a strong combination and a great fit for Rodin Motorsport, with both drivers already having an established relationship with Rodin Cars, New Zealand. I believe they are a winning duo and will bring a highly competitive team to the British GT grid.”
