Rodin Motorsport is delighted to announce the unveiling of a purpose-built Driver Performance Centre dedicated to the development of junior drivers.

A facility dedicated to the development of Rodin Motorsport’s drivers, the new performance centre is only a stone’s throw away from the Surrey-based headquarters of the team. The Driver Performance Centre (DPC) is home to the newly commissioned Dynisma DMG-1 Motion Simulator, central to car development and driver preparation for its FIA Formula 2 and FIA Formula 3 drivers, with integration into the F1 Academy programme scheduled next.

Upon investing in new motion simulator technology and launching the dedicated centre, Rodin Motorsport Owner, David Dicker said it is all

“part of our strategy to be a leading motorsport team. The better the simulator, the better our potential results will be. I feel we are getting the best equipment available to us. If you are not moving forward, you are going backwards.”

The centre covers all aspects of driver preparation with an additional five static simulators, gym and heat acclimatisation facilities, introducing enhanced levels of support for Rodins drivers. Physical training is integrated seamlessly with every aspect of driver preparation run by a newly positioned Head of Human Performance.

Emma Duncan, Managing Director said,

“The Driver Performance Centre gives our drivers a structured, high-performance environment where preparation and performance insight are fully integrated. It allows us to develop junior talent in a way that mirrors top professional teams, combining simulation, technical support and coaching under one roof.”

Adding,

“For the team, it strengthens our driver pathway, improves collaboration and raises overall standards.”

Benn Huntingford, Sporting Director

“The Driver Performance Centre represents the next phase for Rodin Motorsport. It brings our engineering, driver coaching and performance preparation together under one roof, allowing us to operate in a more integrated and efficient way. The addition of the motion simulator is central to that, giving us the correlation and accuracy required to genuinely impact performance before we arrive at circuit.”

Already in use, the centre has helped drivers to prepare for the opening rounds of all championships for the 2026 season.

Rodin F2 driver, Alex Dunne, said

“Rodin have put so much effort into having a sim like this, building a centre to house it… Naturally every year you are always improving but the rate I improved last year increased a lot. At this level, improvement is a significant thing, so the new simulator has been a massive help and very beneficial for me.”

The Driver Performance Centre is an integrated environment for drivers, engineers and coaches, showcasing a long-term investment in performance.
