Rodin Motorsport is delighted to announce Australian racer Jimmy Piszcyk in their line up for British Formula 4, as the first driver confirmed for the 2025 season. The18-year-old joins the team off the back of his incredibly successful assault in Australian Formula 4, where he won the championship in dominant fashion.
The Australian is no stranger to the British Formula 4 Championship, having competed in the 2023season, finishing fifth overall, collecting two race wins and two podiums throughout the season. He then returned to his native Australia for their domestic championship in 2024 and won the opening nine races of the championship, in a commanding display on his way to the title.
Piszcyk started racing in karts at the age of seven, making the step up to cars in Formula Ford in2021, a series where he enjoyed great success. Showing his dedication to improving himself as a racer, Piszcyk left a potentially championship winning season in Formula Ford to join the British F4 grid in 2023.
On joining the team, Piszcyksaid, “I am super excited with this opportunity to race with Rodin Motorsport and have the chance to race in the UK this season. I’m looking forward to developing my skills with such a strong team and can’t wait for the season to start.”
Rodin Motorsport Sporting Director Benn Huntingford said “We are really looking forward to welcoming Jimmy to the team. He has shown a lot of talent at the Formula 4level, and had an impressive season in British F4 in 2023. We can’t wait to work with him and see his talent progress with us at Rodin Motorsport”
British F4 kicks off at Donington Park in late April, competing across 10 events and 30 rounds. As in 2024, the grid will also take a trip overseas to nearby Zandvoort, for a three race event at the F1 Circuit. The rest of Rodin Motorsport’s line up will be announced in due course.
