Rodin Motorsport is pleased to confirm that American racer Preston Lambert joins their Spanish Formula Four team for the upcoming 2024 season as well as a part campaign in the remaining rounds of the Formula Winter Series.
16-year-oldLambert will compete in his first full season in single seaters with Rodin Motorsport this year following a solid career in karting. Previous experience of Formula Four in his native United States of America has seen him clinch pole positions, wins and podiums despite his short career.
Lambert will be out in force with the team this weekend in Motorland as he gets to grips with European tracks for the very first time. A double header with Barcelona follows immediately after before a regroup ahead of the Spanish Formula Four Championship which starts in May.
Lambert said of joining the team, “I’m super excited to be joining Rodin Motorsport, and I’m extremely grateful for this amazing opportunity. I want to give a massive thank you to all my incredible partners for making this possible! Let’s have a great year!”
Team manager Paul Wallace said, “Really pleased to have Preston on board for both the Formula Winter Series and Spanish F4 season. Getting behind the wheel this weekend will really set him up well for the season ahead. Despite a short single seater career so far, he has looked really solid on track and I think we can build nicely on this and have a strong season together.
