Rodin Motorsport is thrilled to announce the signing of Alex Ninovic who becomes the first driver confirmed in the teams’GB3 Championship line up for the upcoming 2025 season. Ninovic, a rising star in the junior ranks, makes the step up from two impressive seasons with the team at F4 level, and brings a wealth of talent to the table.
A standout season with Rodin Motorsport in the2024 British F4 Championship saw the Australian racer finish as Vice Champion, collecting a fantastic five race victories and 18 podiums throughout the year. Prior to that, the 17-year-old made his European debut with the team in the highly competitive Spanish F4 Championship where he impressed with his ability to get up to speed quickly.
Rodin Cars backed Ninovic will be putting all of this experience to good use for the upcoming season as he makes the jump to the GB3 Championship. The Australian will remain within the Rodin Motorsport family, stepping up to the championship winning outfit. Already testing the outgoing machinery, Ninovic has relished the challenge of a faster and more powerful car. Come the new year, Ninovic will have a further challenge to conquer with the introduction of the brand new car for the 2025 season, which was announced earlier this year.
GB3 Championship Team Manager Ricky Taylor said, “We are incredibly excited to see Alex continue his racing journey with Rodin Motorsport’s GB3 team. He’s well regarded by the team from the past couple of seasons with us and has always been a driver who adapts well to a new car. This has been evidenced through his testing programme with us so far. I’m looking forward to seeing what he can do with the new car in the new year.
“Watching him race last year in particular in the British F4 Championship was fantastic – his race craft was really strong and I have absolutely no doubt he’ll be at the front end of the grid again this year.”
Ninovic added, “I am so pleased to be continuing the journey into 2025 with the awesome
guys and girls that make up the Rodin Motorsport team. 2025 will bring on a new challenge which is GB3 but I know that as a team we can achieve anything. As I always say: effort equals results.”
